As the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Charles Soludo, today takes over as the Executive Governor of Anambra State, there are high expectations both in the Southeast state and across the country.

This is both because of Soludo’s solid profile as an economist of global repute and the reassuring utterances he made during the electioneering campaigns.

As result of these, many say Soludo’s emergence is a new dawn in Anambra State.
