Nigerian Govt Won’t Pay Ransom To Rescue Abducted Children, Says President Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has said the Federal Government of Nigeria under his watch will not pay one Kobo as ransom for the rescue of the children abducted from Kuriga in Kaduna State.

Briefing State House Correspondents after today’s Federal Executive Council meeting (FEC) in Abuja, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Muhammad Idris, said Mr President stated this today at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting which held at the Presidential Villa Abuja.

According to the Minister, Tinubu also directed the defence to ensure that the children are rescued and brought back safely to their homes.
