Outgoing President Muhammadu Buhari, has conferred Nigeria’s highest National Honour, the Grand Commander of Order of Federal Republic, (GCFR), on President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Buhari conferred the honour on Tinubu today, Thursday, in Abuja at his last Investiture Ceremony of National honours as Nigerian President.
