AWARDS N10M COST AGAINST Appellants

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, today affirmed the Federal High Court Judgment Barring the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) From recognising and participating in Congresses organised by David Mark-led leadership of African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The three-member panel, in the lead judgement delivered by Justice Okon Abang, said the court did not see any reason to set aside the restraining order earlier given by the Federal High Court in Abuja against Senator David Mark-led leadership on April 29, 2026.

It therefore dismissed the David Mark, Aregbesola’s appeal for lacking merit.

The Court also awarded N10m cost against them!
