Am Tinubu Proper, My Identity Not In Doubt, Bola Tinubu Tells Critics At Chatham House

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has declared that his birth, academic and work records are consistent and not in doubt.

He made these declarations on Monday, December 5, 2022, while reacting to his critics at the Chatham House, United Kingdom.

He said his critics, who have raised several doubts over his true identity, his birth, his true parents, his academic background and almost everything about his person, are merely “wasting their time and money.”

According to the former Lagos State Governor, he was born in March 29, 1952, thus putting his age at 70.

Tinubu spoke on the topic: ‘Nigeria’s 2023 Elections: Security And Economic Development And Its Foreign Policy Imperatives’.

Reacting to the controversy over his childhood and his true identity, Tinubu said “detractors can request a DNA tests.”

As he puts it, the question is “inquisitive but at the time of birth, it was dated March 29, 1952”.

“I’ve had a very good exposure in life, my record is consistent in the school, in the university, they (critics) are now convinced that they wasted their money and their time. The record is there, the transcript is there showing March 1952.

“I’m Tinubu Proper,’ he Declared, adding, “I’m not claiming another father, I am Tinubu and Tinubu proper. If they want a DNA, they could as well request from us. One of them has even been accused of not being a Nigerian citizen, I didn’t touch that area.

“Equally, it remains the same, Deloitte, Chicago State University where I graduated from has attested to that. Now, I can announce that I have received my original replacement degree certificate from them,” he said.

Still on his qualification and professional experience, Tinubu said: “Deloitte trained me as an accountant. Mobil Oil has attested to my record, outstanding record. I got to the pinnacle of my career in the private sector. Who among them can brag about that,” he queried?

Some select top APC leaders accompanied Tinubu to the Chitham House for the presentation.
