Senator Victor Umeh has been reassigned from the Diaspora Committee and will now serve as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on National Population and NIMC.

Until his new appointment, Sen Umeh was the Chairman, Senate Committee On Diaspora, amongst other positions.
Before his election as a senator, Umeh was the National Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
