Miss Ajibola Ayomikun, a 200 level student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ife, Osun State, on Wednesday, fell inside a soakaway and died.

 Ayomikun, who was a student of Linguistics and African Languages, reportedly fell inside the pit in one of the private hostels near the university campus.

The tragic incident was confirmed on Wednesday evening by Abiodun Olanrewaju, the University spokesman.
