First Batch Of Rescued Nigerians From Sudan Arrive Abuja On Board Air Peace
NAF C130 Aircraft Followed with 98 passengers
The first batch of rescued Nigerians fleeing war torn Sudan have safely arrived Abuja on board Air Peace Airline.
NewsOrient Network reports that the aircraft, which airlifted 278 rescued Nigerians fleeing war torn Sudan, arrived Abuja at 11:35pm.
Soon after the Air Peace aircraft’s arrival, NAF C130 aircraft arrived with 98 passengers also of the rescued Nigerians fleeing war torn Sudan. It arrived at 11:55pm.
The two first arrivals make up the first 376 evacuees to safely arrive Abuja from Sudan.
NewsOrient Network reports that the returnees airlifted by both the Air Peace Airline and NAF C130 aircrafts were the first batch of evacuees who arrived at the Argeen border last week Wednesday, April 26 for airlifting in Aswan Egypt.
