In the unfolding political discourse surrounding Abia North Senatorial Zone (ANSZ), a compelling narrative has emerged—one anchored not in noise or misinformation, but in truth, performance, and unity.

At the center of this story stands Senator Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK), a leader whose tenure has redefined representation and rekindled the developmental flame across the zone.

Two powerful commentaries recently released—one by Dr. Ody Ajike and another by Prof. Kalu Eni—offer an unfiltered insight into the achievements, integrity, and public trust that OUK continues to command in Abia North.

In a statement echoing the sentiment of grassroots unity, Prof. Eni made it clear that Ohafia stands with OUK—without division, without compromise.

“Ohafia people are not betrayers. We won’t betray Senator Kalu the way others did; rather, we shall continue to love him as one of us,” he affirmed.

Prof. Eni highlighted OUK’s longstanding contributions to education—credits that helped him, and countless others, achieve academic and professional success.

He also issued a strong rebuke to political opportunists attempting to exploit Ohafia’s name for selfish gain, reminding all that discussions about political realignment can only begin in 2031—not now, and not at the expense of unity.

Prominent Ohafia figures—including Dr. Ody Ajike, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu, Barr. Emeka Kalu, Chief Fred Idika, Bishop Silas Eke, Rev. Kalu Ukpai Ota, Pastor Caleb Awa, Prince Emma Nwosu, and Chief D.K. Uduma—have all aligned in support of OUK, declaring unequivocally that “Ohafia is one, and we are with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.”

The Verdict of the People
