The above picture shows the state of facilities at the Abia State General Hospitals as at Thursday when the Special Adviser to Governor Alex Otti on Health Care Service Delivery, Dr Ngozi Okoronkwo, led her team to commence on the spot assessment tour of General Hospitals in Abia State left by the past government of Dr Okezie Ikpeazu.

Among the General Hospitals so far visited are Umunnato General Hospital, Bende LGA; General Hospital Abariba, Ohafia LGA and Isuikwuato General Hospital.

The team will still visit the remaining General Hospitals in all the local government areas before submitting it’s report to Governor Alex Otti for immediate action.
