Football fans at home are worried as Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Sunday battles a reportedly motivated Zimbabwean Warriors for 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match.

Latest reports say the two African nations will clash at the Huye Stadium in Butare on Sunday at 3 pm Rwandan time; that is 2 pm Nigerian time.

The match is scheduled to be broadcast on FIFA PLUS and Supersport on DSTV.

Fans’ concern can be traced to the fact that Nigeria’s Super Eagles which began their current quest for a ticket to the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Thursday at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, with a match against the Lesotho Crocodiles, disappointed many.
